Yaasa Desk Pro 2

I'm thrilled. A great desk. The assembly was very easy with the help of the instructions and the YouTube video. The desk has definitely improved the quality of working from home. I can only recommend the product. I'll probably buy a Desk Pro soon. Keep up the good work!

Great desk, competent customer service

Product: High-quality, reliable, versatile, stable and beautiful.
Customer care: The tabletop came with a bad dent. But the team fully supported me, had the old tabletop collected and dispatched a new one.
Note: Better to order via DHL as opposed to UPS (in Berlin). I had to search for the first (broken) tabletop for days, as UPS could not give me any information about who it was delivered to ...

Customer service and product satisfaction

We purchased the Yaasa Desk Pro 2 for home-office use. The desk was delivered in 2 separate packages on 2 different days. The shipment tracking and service hotline facilitated in tracking the package at all times. The desk is very beautiful and of high quality. The online description is transparent as to not be faced with unwanted surprises. The marketing videos for the product were very helpful and coherent. I was very satisfied with both the company and the product. As such, I would highly recommend both.

Was worth it

Purchasing the Desk Pro II was definitely worth it for me. Working at the desk in a home-office setting is now much more pleasant. Its height can be easily adjusted to the centimeter at any time, so that the posture can always be individually adjusted. I can only recommend!

Shipping worked without any problems, assembly was very quick and uncomplicated, the tabletop is a bit lighter than expected, but looks very chic and is extremely fun to work on. Overall very satisfied!
